You may choose to completely exclude yourself from playing any games on Flush. To initiate this option, log in to your Flush account and navigate to the Self-Exclusion page. Activation takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
For residents outside the United Kingdom, you stipulate the period you wish to be self-excluded, and your Flush account will automatically reactivate at the end of that period.
For residents in the United Kingdom, self-exclusion lasts for a minimum of six months. After the minimum period expires, you must contact Flush support to have your account reactivated. You will not be able to open any Flush account during the exclusion period.
You may request a cooling-off period as an alternative to self-exclusion. Available durations are 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. To request a cooling-off period, contact Flush support or log in to initiate. At the end of the cooling-off period, your account will automatically be reactivated.
If Flush reasonably believes that gambling may cause you financial or personal difficulties, we may close your account. You must not open a new account. If you do so, it will be at your own risk and Flush cannot be held liable.
Steps to self-exclude: log in to your Flush account; navigate to Self-Exclusion; select the exclusion duration; confirm. You will receive on-screen confirmation and, where available, a follow-up confirmation by other means.
This Self-Exclusion Policy is part of Flush’s General Terms and Conditions. If the General Terms and Conditions are updated, existing users may choose to discontinue using products and services before the update becomes effective, which shall be no less than two weeks after the announcement.
